My Take On Cheesecake

I love food. I know it, the scale knows it and the waistband of the trousers that don’t fit me anymore knows it. But there’s one food I just can’t live without and that’s Cheesecake. I pick restaurants based on whether or not they have cheesecake on their menu. That’s no joke!!! It’s rather disappointing sitting through a meal at a restaurant knowing there’s no cheesecake at the end and even worse when the dreaded words come from the waiter’s mouth “There’s no cheesecake left”. I curse the cheesecake lovers that came before me lol 

This blog is just something fun I decided to do because I love writing and wanted to get back into it while also sharing my love of Cheesecake, maybe meet some cheesecake lovers or help someone find their new favourite dessert. This blog might help some budding bakers or maybe just give you some ideas for new restaurants to try. 

I’ll be sharing my reviews and opinions of the places I’ve eaten the cheesecakes but I’ll also be trying out some recipes so that you can also make your own tried and tested cheesecakes.

This blog is a long time coming. First life got in the way and then many, many excuses but I think there’s no better time to get started than right now.  As the news likes to say; “This is uncertain times”. So if you can’t dine out then order in or better yet, make your own and put your feet up and enjoy this blog while tucking in to your well deserved slice of heaven. So follow along and I hope you enjoy reading the blog as much as I enjoy writing it.
